So the first tip is to drink water because water is the main element of human body of our 70% of body is made up of water so it's a very important substance for ourselves with the help of water we can tevar body hydrated and fit.
The first tip is to drink water as per your weight like if you are 40 kgs. You should drink on every 20 kgs you need to drink 1 litre of water on every 20 kgs ok like I said my weight is 55 kg then and I should need to drink 2.75 litres daily this is first tip to stay fit stay hydrated Because during running or any physical activity our body loses lots of sweat. This will help us that how do we stay fit.
